Our office was founded in 1994 as a sole proprietorship (BAA Baubetreuung) and changed its legal status to a limited liability company (GmbH) in 1999, when it began trading as baa projektmanagement gmbh. From our base in Oberhausen, we offer our clients the services of a dedicated project team consisting of five members of staff.

we are always prepared to ramp up capacity to realise specific requests from clients. We make use of the latest technologies and IT solutions in planning and executing projects in our office and in liaison with clients.
As a member of the IAKS (international sports and leisure facilities association), we always keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sports venue construction. With a view to achieving client satisfaction at all times, we see ourselves as team players who can slot into existing project structures with ease. The fact that our clients are keen to work with us again on subsequent construction projects is proof that this is a key factor in successful project realisation.
Close contact with operators and users of projects that have already been completed means that we can draw on extensive experience in this segment.
