The SAP ARENA is home to the Adler Mannheim (ice hockey) and the Rhein-Neckar-Löwen (handball) teams. With its two adjacent training halls, the SAP ARENA is also the most up-to-date ice hockey facility in Germany. Within eight hours, the arena can be converted to cater for ice hockey, handball or concerts. An extensive food and drink offering is available at numerous restaurants, bars and catering stands. The hall accommodates up to 14,500 spectators for sporting events, and has a capacity of up to 15,000 for concerts.
